Dan might be a adverage doctor but he also owns several rental properties with his wife..I rent one of their apartments on melrose lane in Galax and while it was nice..i was paying top dollar for the apartment..had issues with refrigerator not working..i told them several times about it..they were too busy on vacation to come look at it..the freezer thawed out and wasnt working..it ruined alot of my food.. a thousand dollars worth xe had bought $500.00 then my mom had bought us another $500.00 as a suprize to help us we all help each other out ..told them about it and they never showed up to personally look at it..they send a elderly repair man who also took several days to come out..multiple excuses why he was late..still no landlord involved..the appliance almost catches fire..call them and they never came out to immediately fix or repair it..now refrigerator is not safe to use and the sad part is people could have lost there stuff or worse there lives and because they dont care there to worried about vacations..i had to go use my own money and purchase a refrigerator at Lowe's hardware..they did not give me a month free rent we had already paid it and had to buy a refrigerator on top of it never fixed the old refrigerator at all..never looked at it..worse yet a Doctor allows this to happen..leaving a family without a proper working refrigerator that they pay $525.00 rent for using hard earned money to pay for..they refuse to upgrade anything all appliances are old and out dated..not worth paying $525.00 for when your not getting your money worth and theres a couple who lives next to us and they said they would not fix anything and when something needed to be repaired they got all mad and whiny and huff and puffed about fixing it just like the lady below us she completely redone that whole apartment I mean every inch she shouldn't have to do that its not her job and just the other night our good friend hes a fireman the poor man had to break in his apartment to get in the bolts and locks are so out dated and the poor man has to slam his door to close it cause it wont close that good thats just insane you have to replace appliances because you are diabetic and need nourishment..and my family needs food..i refuse to pay them anything and now i am being evicted for non payment but yet we have fixed absolutely everything in that apartment..and still yet they never have once looked at the refrigerator and yet there creating fraud to she was gonna write it off on there taxes but yet they didn't go lowes and go buy it and carry it out or bring it up the steps and put it together they didn't do not one thing then she always said if you ever get in a bad way let me know and ill help you cause she said that she helped out this man that needed a place to stay for rent free found out it was a lie they didnt help no one ..a Doctor and his wife do this to people...I would hate to see how he treats a patient..it is all about money with them..too busy living the high life making big money and our money has been going to there son and his school we believe in education and every one should have it but dont our money we pay you for rent and live the high life off of it take the money we give you and fix stuff in the apartment cause its our money its not there money its ours and its not used how it should be and yet they go we need more money for what its not like you fix anything you take peoples money and go on all kinds of vacations and the thing is they have loads of money already where hes a doctor and shes a house realtor they have always had loads of money they drive big fancy cars alaways getting hair abd nails done going on all kinds of vacations but yet they cant take care of there tendents and we have been nothing but good to themn..It is the gospel truth so help me God! Take your business and medical needs elsewhere..someone else probably will treat you better..

Been my doctor since I was a kid. Never had trouble here.
