Dr. Robert Menezes is one of the most dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring doctors I have ever had. I feel lucky to have him as my primary care physician. The nurses and office staff are wonderful, as well. Other doctors speak highly of him, too. He is well respected among them.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 Star! Called to ask if I could be seen for a Covid test . Explained Carilion Clinic told me to call them that they would most likely see me. They lady that answered sounded like an older lady. Was extremely rude . She said Go to the ER! We won’t see you . Just go to the ER in a rude voice then didn’t even say bye! ud83dude33

No idea what happened! Had what I thought was a wonderful visit with Trish Osborne. Next thing I know the office manager called me early the next morning to tell me they cancelled my referrals, talked the surgeon I had previously seen and she knows EXACTLY what happened? Would not elaborate and told me to just go and get disability! Now I can't see any doctor's from twin county family health care. What kind of crazy is this?

This place just ain't no regular dr office it's like home to me the doctors and staff are the bomb they are truly a blessing in my life nobody is ever excited to go to the doctor but I can honestly say I get excited to go there bc they mean a lot to me and helped me more than ever they are like my second family. The only doctors office I ever recommend anyboy going to.
