I had a good experience. I registered online and that was seamless. I found them through the red cross page and signed up for adult and pediatric cpr and first aid. I thought the training (it was held in a church) was thorough and easy to understand. The instructor was polite. I will definitely return to Nations Best when my certification expires in 2 years.

Really great staff ! It’s been a few months since I’ve been, so sadly I can’t remember the lady’s name that taught me, but I can say that she was very knowledgeable and I loved having her as my instructor! I also loved that they allowed me to still sign up for the course last minute, it was like a day or two before !

Paid for a course 3 weeks in advance. They canceled the course 2 days before it was suppose to start. And they tried to transfer me to a course over 40 miles away from where I live. When I called customer service, the manager told me that it's the best she can do. Very poor service and they only worry about the money. I do not recommend for anybody.
