Horribly run business. I love the concept and the content, however my wife and I have received nothing but headaches trying to complete our courses and communicate with them. They never return emails, phone messages, etc. Their entire platform is web based video, and yet I can't start a course because the very first lecture video is a video from another course. It's the wrong video. I made them aware of it almost a month ago, and they haven't resolved it. My wife has called and left a message everyday for 3 weeks. Nothing. We have not heard from them. DO NOT register with LIGHT UNIVERSITY. They will take your money.

I have been extremely frustrated and disappointed in this course of study. They have changed in their class structure and the way the material is presented, for the worse. The courses prior to this new system was much more informative and taught more by requiring thought and reflection. The new system of only requiring the viewing of a couple of videos and a test is far inferior. To make it worse the course of study I am enrolled in still does not have the last two classes available , almost 4 months , after the change. To make this worse Light can not even give me a time frame when they may be available. Today I got almost the same response as I did 4 months ago when inquiring about this matter.

I have been trying to contact this school for weeks. I even paid online, and still no one will contact me and I can’t login to the “classes.” I emailed my instructor, who told me he is no longer with the company. Still no luck so far.
