I got a reckless driving charge in Virginia as an out-of-state resident, and had no idea how to go about resolving the issue. McGrady & McGrady not only responded quickly when I called, but I was contacted via phone, got a fantastic explanation of what a reckless driving charge entails, and got a direct, reassuring explanation of how McGrady was planning to defend me. After the case he was able to get my charge brought down significantly, and saved me a ton of money. (As a college student, this was beyond relieving.) Overall, the service I got at this law firm was nothing short of outstanding. Thank you to the entire staff for doing such unparalleled work!

I was pulled over for going 99 in a 65 through Virginia, from Ohio, on my way to Florida. I was informed that in Virginia, Reckless Driving is considered a criminal misdemeanor. Naturally at 18 years old I was worried what the consequences would/could be. So I retained Mr.Johnathan McGrady. Mr.McGrady was able to get my charge reduced from Reckless driving to Improper driving. So now rather than have a criminal record for the rest of my adult life, I simply have to pay a traffic ticket and fines. I could not be more thankful for Mr.McGrady and his team. From start to finish I experienced nothing shy of excellence from this team. Definitely set a new standard for the profession. Thank you once again to everyone on the team at McGrady & McGrady LLP

I had a ticket for failure to obey highway sign, I called around many of lawyers and they were quoting me ridiculously high quotes. I stumbled across McGrady & McGrady and they were the lowest quote and they were very quick, the other places told me they'd call back in a day or two, they had me a quote before I even got off the phone. They got the ticket down to faulty equipment, very pleased with this law firm. I highly recommend McGrady & McGrady.

I was caught doing 94 in a 70. In Virginia that is an actual crime that leaves you with a permanent record and a license suspension so naturally I was pretty worried, especially considering my job requires A LOT of driving.nnThanks to Mr.McGrady it was reduced to improper driving and I didn't even have to pay a full fine.nnBesides that he was polite, kept in contact, took his time to answer all of my concerns and did exactly what he said he was going to do so 5 stars.nnYou are awesome Mr.McGrady, I'm very thankful and if you ever read this God bless you.
