This particular Applebee's was very clean, had friendly staff, and wasn't crowded during the time I was there. Service was quick and the waitress was very attentive. The best part, though, was that my steak was cooked perfectly. I like my steak to be cooked medium rare and it isn't often that a cook can get it right. Not only was it cooked perfectly, but the taste was amazing. I didn't have to add anything. I would definitely eat here again and recommend it to others.
Horrible customer service! Had to ask for a waitress to bring us menus and take our drink order .nWe waited almost 30 minutes for the wait staff to bring our sodas.nThe food was cool but it was on a warm plate. Not once did our waitress come back to check if we needed anything.
To go app doesnt halfway work..called 48 times in a row and was busy..finally gave up
Just visited Applebee's for supper. The bourbon street steak with fresh mushrooms & onions was very tasty, add a side of fresh broccoli and garlic smashed potatoes and you have a meal fit for a ud83eudd34nnMy wife had the grilled chicken with fresh broccoli and garlic smashed potatoes. Add two mango smoothies and your living.
