Good luck getting anyone to answer the phones or call you back. You’re constantly being spoken over or interrupted. It’s a terrible place, I wish I lived outside of Carroll county so I didn’t have to deal with them.

i do not recommend these people at all. They constantly say that they are just doing whats best for the children, but most of them could care less about us. I've only dealt with Theresa and Lindsey and just from them, I don't recommend taking anything to them.

I am truly impressed with everyone here. Kind smiles, warm receptions, and careing hearts! They were very helpful and informative. I know how overworked and understaffed the social workers are right now, however they didnt let that compromise how quality of their work. Wonderful People!
