This has been on my mind for over two months, I said I wouldn’t say anything but it has continued to bother me. There was an administrator by the name of Donna Finch and now it makes me wonder why she left? I came to tour the facility unannounced and I was directed to Donna finch, she was willing to help. As I was being introduced to the management of nursing I automatically noticed that the DON was not personable, she seemed to be in a rush and not wanting to be bothered, the Resident Care coordinator across from her door was so friendly and very welcoming she even took the time to talk to me for 30 + minutes. I would’ve loved to have English meadows care for my mother however, I get an uneasy feeling thinking about having such a negative nurse in such a high position, this situation has happened on more than one occasion and it saddens me for the residents and staff already there.

While I can only rate the Christmas light show that I drove through tonight, I cannot rate this place as an assisted living community as I have never been inside nor know anyone who has, but it does look like a very nice place and I can tell they go through a lot of work to get it looking so good.nIf you are in the area it is definitely worth a drive-through and remember to shut your headlights off.nThere may be a long line of cars but it moves pretty fast and it's well worth it!nThere's nothing better to put you in the Christmas spirit!

My parents spent almost a month at this facility. Their apartment was wonderful and they reported the food as adequate. Privacy, however, was almost nonexistent, I witnessed the staff talking to my parents in a condescending way, and there were consistent problems with the giving of medicines, which the people in charge were unwilling to correct. Not as wonderful a place as the Christmas decorations would suggest.

My Mother stays here and she crys alot feels like the staff are discriminating against her it breaks my heartud83dudc94ud83dude22She does like the food but doesn't get her needs met she feels as though she is a burden not right this place is costly and looks run down fir the amount of money their reveiving to care for my motherud83dude22ud83dude22ud83dude22ud83dude22ud83dude22
