Very prompt! I called on a Sunday while I was out of town and Becky assured she would have someone come Monday morning. They arrived, repairman was professional and quick. He fixed out problem and assured we had water again. Was able to pay over the phone and it didn't cost a fortune. Highly recommend

I called for an estimate and needed my septic system checked out. Mr. Bundick himself came out to look it over and gave me the results. This is one of the nicest people on this Earth. I see why this man has done so well. If you need them give him a call and you will see what I mean.....be blessed

Woke up to shower at 5:30 and surprise, no water. This is the second time this has happened to me in a couple months. House is brand new 5 months old and the well might be 6 months old. The last time I had issues like this I called early in the morning and didn’t get a response to late afternoon after I called back a few times. They suspected that the pressure switch froze due to the temps outside but did nothing else but suspect. The techs that showed up were nice and said it would have benefited them better to figure the problem out if they could have gotten here in the morning to actually see the freeze. So this morning I called as soon as I discovered the problem. No answer obviously. No answering machine with hours, or emergency phone number nothing. Nothing is posted online about there business hours but I would guess a normal opening time for this type of business is 7 am. So I called at 7, Danny the VP of the company answered. I explained my situation to him and he said he isn’t much of a secretary so he would have to pass this on to the secretary who was due in about 10-15 minutes and would have that person call me. So I wait. No call back. I wait more. No call back. Having previously experienced this exact same problem with this exact same company I called them at 7:49 am. Becky answered the phone. I told her my name and she was instantly aware of my problem, so at least she received my message from the VP but had yet to at the very least return my call to say that she is trying to adjust the schedule to get someone out here so that I can flush the toilet, take a shower, etc... all the things that you can usually do when you spend 6-8 k on a well. Instead she seem irritated, as if she had been holding back from taking a poop because you can’t flush it down since 5:30 am. She said that they have several people without water this morning which made me think they have a flaw in there installation, not putting the psi switch or other sensing lines deep enough were they aren’t affected by the temperature. My neighbors have water. I wonder who they used. Actually I don’t wonder because it only one of 2 companies here. Maybe I should have gone with the other company. Right now it’s 8:15 am and I am still waiting on Bundick to call me back.

We had an alarm on the septic trip at night and Bundick came out first thing in the morning to pump it out. Great service and the gentleman was very nice! I would highly recommend.
