Had two very good experiences here. You have to remember these guys are not doctors. They are a durable medical equipment company. You need to take concerns to your doctor.nnThe first time I went here they were awesome. Helped me very much with a piece of equipment for my daughter.nnThe next time was also great. Friendly staff. Short wait time. Very polite respiratory therapist and he explained everything in an easy manner to understand. Will go here again when needed.

Been trying for a week and a half to reach someone about getting a smaller mask. Talked to the answering service two times, nothing from the local office.
