Tremendous value (when booked through a third-party booking site). Quiet, good breakfast, big comfortable bed. We drove up in a Tesla and the woman behind the desk came out into the parking lot to greet us and ask us if we wanted to use their charger. That's unexpectedly good service. I'd go back in a moment.
Staff was friendly, bathroom was clean for the most part, the shower was acting up a bit and there was an odor. I was pleasantly surprised to see a 20 piece McNugget in our mini fridge still left behind and what is possibly a blood stain on the desk. The beds were comfortable but I could smell the previous person who used them. All that they had for breakfast at 9 am was muffins, juice and cereal, no hot items.
Dirty building. Bad aroma in the hallway. Room was OK. Staff was nice.
I had no problems and whenever I called front desk they were always happy to help. They just did renovations and it’s very clean. It’s definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed in, in the area. I will definitely be coming back!
Clean, quiet, comfortable. Manager was very flexible with my reservation as covid virus kept throwing obstacles in my schedule. Breakfast buffet was a little on the plain side, but that was to be expected given the health issues.
