Great customer service... my room was spotless
We found ourselves in a difficult situation with another motel with no fault of our own. The staff at Chincoteague Inn went above and beyond to accommodate us for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. This will be our place to stay when we visit again. Highly recommend staying here!
Great value. Fluffy mattress, fluffy pillows, good water pressure, AC works shockingly well. Rooms have always been so clean, despite the wear/tear/sand we guests must subject it to.nLovely backyard (the lavender!) and fantastic screened structure with all the amenities needed for a BBQ. I've enjoyed three years here, and look forward to many more.nAlso, huge compliments to the staff for diligent mask usage!
The staff was extremely knowledgeable of the area and very helpful/friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and will for sure come back.. Our bedroom had a king and a sofa bed which gave the kids plenty of room to sleep..
The staff was so friendly and super cool! The hotel was clean, but old. The rooms are smoke free now, but they have obviously been smoked in previously. Thanks goodness for nose blindness.
