Lovely spot! With its sister hotel, the Marina Bay, we have all amenities such as pool, fire pit, and breakfast. We enjoy our balcony view and spacious room. We feel comfortable with social distancing here. Would visit again.
DON'T STAY HERE! Deep cleaning fee scam! I recently stayed at the Anchor Inn and everything was fine until I checked my bank account and saw an extra $100 fee. When I called to ask about it I was told it was a deep cleaning fee because what appeared to be throw up was on the curtains and floor. It was just myself and one other staying in the room and neither one of us had been sick. When I asked for photos they said that they had no photos or proof, but refused to refund the money.
Very Affordable, Quiet and has its own Fishing pier.nThe King size bed in addition to a Microwave and Refrigerator really was a PLUS. #R76
We booked a trip a month in advance and at the last moment they decided to double the rate even after I received the email with the confirmation number for the price a month prior. This was 3 days before the trip they called to do this. They are deceptive and told us they did not care if we left them a bad review. Anyone with this mentality should not be operating a business. If you choose to use this hotel do so at your own risk.
We didn’t even get to stay at the place because they upcharged us double the amount we had agreed on 3 days before we were scheduled to stay there. They had agreed to a new stay due to COVID-19 but then decided they would not honor the new date. Definitely would not recommend.
