The room was clean enough. Very small and had outdated furniture. Large Mexican families living here. Very loud. Lotta stray cats roaming around. Good enough for one night but not more than that!
Staff was very rude. Insisted we pay a $100 deposit to ensure we kept our pets in the car instead of coming inside. I assured him we wouldn’t bring them inside and he began yelling at me calling me a liar. Got my refund and left do not need to deal with people that don’t show respect!
Need to have a better attitude towards customers. Very poor customer service.
Was looking for a place to stay while exploring Cape Charles. Good location great price. Was worried after reading some reviews but good overall stay. Room 210 was clean and quiet. 20 minute drive to Cape Charles..
After many motel visits I don't believe I've ever met personell with such a negative attitude. The bed was made up but sheets hadn't been changed. Can't give a good rating to this particular motel.
