As of February 2019, this doctor was reprimanded and is on probation. He does not want mentally ill patients to be on their medication.nnDr. John L Bulette has had a patient for over 10 years that is stalking several people including celebrities endlessly. The patient has threatened to kill people and called others every vile thing imaginable, yet Dr. Bulette does nothing to stop it, so that he can keep getting paid from the over 10 years of visits that have done nothing. Protect the public and get this patient into a monitored facility.
