We ordered a hot tub from Costco built by Strong Spas and it did not work. I submitted a request online for repair as no one answers the phone. It took two weeks to get a response and it probably only came that fast after Costco was involved. The response was only to say a technician would be contacting me which never happened after two more weeks.nnBut I figured the issue out myself. The problem was that the board was not wired correctly. Pump one and pump two had been wired to the wrong spot on the board. Also, the DIP settings were wrong. It took me many hours to figure this out since I am not a spa technician and you would not expect something so simple to be wrong.nnWhat a joke this company is. I should have sent it back for a refund, but it is not easy moving a hot tub once it is set up. I would not recommend this company and I am sure any future warranty issues will not get resolved.

Our spa is from 2011 and still going strong. I've replaced the pillows and now an intake part, and that's it. It still looks as good as new and works flawlessly. They have a great product!nnI know their orders have tripled since March 2020 and they are doing their best to keep up. It's not exactly like it's easy to hire and expand your workforce during a pandemic, especially threefold. That being said, please be patient with them.nnAnyway, here is the reason for my review: I needed to buy a part, so I called the store in PA and submitted an inquiry online. The gentlemen at the PA store was very nice and courteous, although there wasn't anything he could do for me because I needed a part, not a tub. Shortly after my call to the store, I received a call back. Tim U., a Tech Support Agent called me and even sent me a link to the exact part I needed. On the phone Tim was patient, and took the time to listen to me in an effort to understand exactly what I needed. Great experience. Thank you, Tim!

Would give zero stars of I could. After owning our spa for around one year Strong Spa determined that they were going to replace our entire spa due to a defect in the shell. Now I can't even get anyone to contact me back. No phone calls, won't return my emails. What do you do? I recommend you stay away from this company...nnUpdate 10-17-20nYes, I have contacted your website. Once I brought up the shell defect and warranty nobody has contacted me back. That was a month ago...nnUpdate 11-02-20nHow and when should I be contacted from your company?nnUpdate 12-07-20nIt has been over 4 weeks and I have not heard from anyone. At this point I don't even want a replacement, I want my payments canceled and I will go buy another hot tub from somewhere else. Covid or not, this has been completely unacceptable.nnUpdate 01-17-21nNew Year, same problem. Have still not heard from anyone at Strong Spas. I have been left with 2 choices. Go directly to Mattress Firm since they own Strong Spas or seek legal action.nnUpdate 02-01-21nStill nothing from Strong Spas.

Strong spas has terrible customer service. My spa has not worked in over a month, I bought it 6 months ago. There customer service responded to me one time four weeks ago, telling a technician would reach out to me in 7-10 business days. Not only have I not heard from a technician, 25 days later, but there customer service department will not respond back.nnUpdate: still have not heard from Strong and my spa still does not work. The only people they will talk to is the Costco customer service. It’s been a month and half with this thing not working, and they have put zero effort into trying to fix the problem. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. 1/17/2021

I've sold spas for the better part of 20 years. Not only do I sell them but I also service every brand. I can tell you that this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. You can never get an answer from them in regards to anything. Customer service is the absolute worst I've ever seen in the industry. Right now the only reason I'm writing this is because I have a call into them and I am number 13 in line. Every time I call they tell me they are short staffed even in the fall months which is the busy time in the hot tub industry. Take it from someone who's been around the industry. This company is no good to work with. A lot of better ones to get a spa from.
