I absolutely love this store. Their employees are so knowledgeable and take as much time as needed to help you with anything. Super nice and fabulous selection of machines, parts, fabric, sewing furniture, etc. I really enjoy going there.

The owners and staff are very knowledgeable, super nice to deal with and provide old school excellent customer service. They have an incredible selection of all types of sewing machines and products, beautiful fabrics. So much in that store but its all highly organized. I could spend hours there.

Thank you so much for your wonderful store. I had a fantastic experience yesterday at Pocono Sew and Vac. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and listened to what I was looking for in a sewing machine. This was the first machine I have purchased in over 45 years and wow it was such fun! There was no pressure, just a wonderful and pleasant experience. Several family members have bought machines at your store and I am so glad I listened to them to come to you. I will be back and will tell all my friends to also visit your store. Fabulous selection and price.

I did some research online for a new high quality vacuum (miele), and found the sales people here quite knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the differences in the models they carry and the more 'run of the mill' brands (the ones that I seem to keep having to replace every few years because I can't repair them within reasonable prices) I ended up getting the vacuum, and love the fact that they can repair IF I have issues down the road.
