Very terrible experience. I got very sick March 2020 and decided to go to West Chester gastroenterology group and it was a huge mistake. They did not care to figure out why I was sick. They didn’t care that I had lost 30 pounds in a month and could not eat. It just seemed like they did not want to do their jobs even though doctors are considered essential during pandemic times. If you want doctors that care to figure out what’s wrong with your health and get to the bottom of it then don’t come here. Extremely disappointed.

Professional - Knowledgeable - ReassuringnnDr. Bobman and his team exemplify attention to detail, follow-up and medical proficiency. Have had several procedures at WCGI and will continue to do so. All interactions were with a staff well trained to provide the client care, comfort and empathy in addition to medical procedure competency.

The staff was fantastic, they're all outgoing and PA Jennifer was very knowledgeable. I still haven't received my lab results from over a week ago but that might be the labs fault not their's. So far I really like this office and would recommend it to family and friends.

I would like to let anyone interested in visiting this office know, that I have never had a more kind and professional medical visit in my life. Dr. Chawla was an absolute professional. His entire nursing staff were absolute professionals. This was the best doctor/patient experience I’ve ever been involved with. And I can’t thank them enough for treating me the way they did.
