Just had a tooth pulled by Dr. Kaczor. He was wonderful. Very pleasant, calming, funny, patient. His assistant was also wonderful. From the time I walked in there I was treated so kindly. I began to get quite panicky and they treated me with such patience and didn't make me feel embarrassed in any way. Reassured me everything would be fine....and it was. If I ever need another tooth pulled (Which I'm hoping not) I will definitely go back to Dr. Kaczor. Thanks! You all were wonderful!!

Very nice,from reception to nurse and staff especially Dr. Kaczor.He was extremely nice and was very professional. Checked very carefully to make sure I was completely numb. Would highly recommend Dr. Kaczor.

Dr. Kaczor is by far the worst oral surgeon/dentist I have been too. He is VERY rough, not friendly at all, very painful, I got my teeth out in March and I am still having lots of pain. Worst experience. Going elsewhere now.

Very very horrible staff! Would not recommend to go here. I went there once for a consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed with that appointment I was scheduled to get my surgery.. I called them 4 days in advance to tell them I want to reschedule since I wasn't able to keep my appointment for the surgery . she told me NO that they will not reschedule, . Well I called again Sunday morning to leave a message explaining why I needed to reschedule with my children being extermally sick and they was schedule to see the doctors Monday morning , I as well wasn't feeling so good my self running 102.3 fever and throwing up ..(my appointment being Monday for surgery).. I called again Monday morning to make sure they got my message and to ask for a reschedule explaining again why I need to reschedule, the lady who answered the phone was very rude and heartless, saying I'm making excuses to reschedule and that if I don't show up they will never take me again. That just shows I had to pick from my kids doctors appointment or my dental appointment . which will never cross my mind, my kids comes first.. It also shows they didn't care that I was going to be put under while being sick with a fever and throwing up , what if something would went wrong ? ... I would watch out with this dentist office, very rude, so hateful, no compassion , didn't care, and very unprofessional ... Ill go somewhere else where I know ill be taking care of, being treated like I'm suppose to and a place where they care.

Would absolutely go back. Very nice staff , secretory through nurses, and Dr. Kaczor was awesome. Everything was clean and very professional. Thank you very much!!!!
