Very prompt and courteous service! I called for an intake and they scheduled my initial doctor appointment couple hours later on Zoom. I do have to go into the office for my 2nd appointment, but it was great how I got same day service. I'm guessing the appointment over Zoom is due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but it's very convenient. I would like to have more appointments over Zoom in the future!

Everyone that I had to deal with from the doctor, the nurses, and the people ppl who answered the phones/zoom app were all so incredibly nice and caring!! They were all so very patient, understanding and helpful towards me during one of the hardest times of my life!! So thank you to all of you that day that were involved in my appt!! Unfortunately something I'm not proud of is that I have been struggling for many years with my addiction and I have been to many different treatment centers rehabs and clinics... and this definitely has been the best experience that I have ever had with any those types places so I would definitely recommend Crossroads Treatment Center to any addict who is ready to give recovery a chance!! Thank you!!

The Dr waa such a miserable B!! Very condescending no compassion thought she was better than everybody else! Will never ever go back to her!

Got my appt for the same day I called. It was convenient and done on Zoom.. didn't even have to leave the comfort of my house. They work with u if ur on certain medications and give u time to come off of them.
