Had an appointment at 7:30am. The doors were locked and I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. Now I have to wait 4.5 hours for the next appointment at 12pm because they had the doors locked 10minutes past my appointment time and they refused to see me.nWouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Switched to this office a while back and have nothing but good things to say. Communication is great the providers are thorough and take the time to listen to the patient. Everyone in the office has been pleasant. Any time I have had to call or use the patient portal i received a speedy response and follow up. I highly recommend this practice.

Very slow, expect to wait 40 mins to an hour and a half before anyone actually comes to see you. To get an appointment with any of the good Dr.s takes months of scheduling with no guarantee you'll see your Dr. ( Mine cancelled and I was scheduled for 9 am so was unable to reschedule for a time I could come) the nurse practitioners talk but don't do anything helpful. You would have better luck at an emergency room for a basic headache

Excellent folks here. Every call and visit it's like I am a family member. Have had difficulty dealing with issues from personal to insurances and many others influences in between. EVERY TIME THESE AWESOME PEOPLE ARE THERE TO HELP ME THROUGH IT. Always get answers and leave with a smile!!!!!!!!! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU AT MEETINGHOUSE FAMILY PRACTICE

I have been going here for over 10 years Started with Kami Phillips , than Trinh now I have dr sansoucy not impressed at all .. I will be changing doctors
