I brought my van to this business after the accident. When I walk into West Fitchburg I know I'm in the right place and in good hand. My first impression was that they are easy to talk to and they make you fell at home. I have the pleasure to meet Mike,Jess and Ashly family own and I was happy how my Van looked when I went to pickup. They went above and beyond and I was really surprised to see how clean and shiny it look. I just want to say Thank you to west fitchburg auto body and crews for a job well done.
West Fitchburg Auto Body is the only body shop I’ll ever use for future repairs. They were extremely kind and professional, they even let me borrow a loaner car for the month that my car was in the shop because I’m too young to rent. THESE GUYS ROCK! They did a really wonderful job, you’d never be able to tell my car was in an accident. Seriously highly recommend!
They did an amazing job on my Altima. Very friendly, polite, and easy to deal with. My car looks great! I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend them!
They did a great job with my vehicle. This location was suggested to me by my insurance after I was in an accident, and they worked with my insurance and that of the person that hit me to quickly resolve the issues. It did take a while to get an appointment, since the damage wasn't a major safety concern (accident was in Feb, they weren't able to take it in until June).
Our car got Damaged in a parking lot by a hit and run. We have lived in West Fitchburg for 25 years close to West Fitchburg Auto Body. In all those years we haven't had a reason to really go to there establishment until now. Mike, Jessica and their team of employees are the best! Very professional hard working people! I highly recommend West Fitchburg Auto Body, they did an amazing job, the car looks brand new! Thank you!
