I called Jim's Auto for repairs needed to my Explorer much work needed to be done. Jim and his crew were very professional and friendly. Yes it was a little exspensive but if you want good quality professional work Jim's Auto is the place to call. No sugar coating or beating around the bush straight forward.

This is the first time in over a decade that I have not used the dealership for a car I own. I will never go back to the dealer. The experience was awesome from start to finish. Starting with calling to make the appointment, Jim was super cordial and efficient over the phone. When he was working on it, Jim called me throughout the process. At the end, Jim was clearly thorough with the car, super friendly upon checkout, and his prices were more than fair. We will never be going back to the dealer again so long as Jim is around. Great guy, great business.
