My classic Dexter high-carbon steel chef’s cleaver with the sweet wood handle, is by far the very best and coolest knife I have owned. We discovered it is useful for breaching baby coconuts and it was perfect for making even and uniform cuts to my tortillas for chips tonight. It also looks great after all these years. My father-in-law bought this beautiful knife in the 70’s and kept it near his grill...

This is currently the oldest knife manufacturer in the United States. They make a high-quality knife mainly marketed towards professional chefs and the restaurant industry, however on Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings they do have a store open to the public. Besides sales of knives as well as kitchen tools and utensils they have carrying cases wood blocks knife sharpeners and many other accessories... They also offer professional knife sharpening services. This is a local gym nestled in southern central Massachusetts.
Got three really nice knives and a pair of chefs aprons for under 40 bucks. Staff was helpful, and there are piles of good equipment for short money.
The employees working on Thursday night are the best. Vary helpful and knowable of there products. Great prices on factory secondsnI think the store is only open on Saturday and Thursday evening.
