So this is a great place for kids no doubt. But the #1 Thing this place miserably failed at is, How dirty the place really is. In the gym, if you look up at the speakers ud83dudd0a, they have a cape of dust that you can make a rug out of it.(nasty), All the hoops assembly are the same way, the back board are dusty as well. The pilings on ceiling look like the have never been dusted., The bleaches have many patches of gum everywhere. I honestly do not know how they do not notice all these things. Make it better!! This place has been around for years, I'm sure they get pretty good money from each individual who comes and uses the facility. Why can this get taken care of at least once a week?
Great gym, aerobic rooms, pool, climbing wall, and outdoor park. It’s an older Y but has great machines a great value for 1 or a family membership. Great classes and programs for all age groups. It’s not just a gym.
This is a good location with a well equipped gym and pool with multiple swim lanes. They have racquet ball courts, sauna, lockers, classes, personal trainers and more. They also have summer programs and others for kids and adults. Depending on your membership you can go to other YMCA locations even out of state I have found they usually honor it or give a discount.
Cheaper then most gyms, great service and heated pool!
I absolutely love the Southbridge YMCA. The facility is very clean, there are lots of classes to choose from and a ton of updated equipment.nnI had the opportunity to work with Jay, who is one of the personal trainers at this location. I had a one on one session to discuss my goals, and tailor a routine to address my fitness goals. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, professional, and truly listened to what I was communicating. It's because of that session, that I feel confident with this new routine. I look forward to achieving my goals to shape and tone my body.
