Love EFC. Been a member for two years. Jarrod, Jen and Mike always make visits more fun and are always helpful when you need something. Its great that I can go at anytime and don't have to squeeze my workout in early on weekends or miss it because it's a holiday like at other gyms with set hours. Very important to me is that its CLEAN! Always.
Hi there, I just want to give a shout out to Jarod and Jenn. I hate exercise and am insecure about being at the gym as I am very out of shape. I have taken two classes with Jenn, 1 with Jared and Jared has answered many many questions for me no matter how many emails I have sent him. He talked with me for an hour on the membership options and guided me as to which plan to go with based on my concerns with not following through. All of the staff members are really friendly and make it a point to say hello and goodbye when I walk in and that truly goes a long way. Thank you. I still need a lot of work regarding fitness and consistency but it is helpful for me when there are kind and understanding staff members to help me.

I have been a member of Everybody's Fitness center for about 5 months now, this place is great. The staff is friendly and always willing to help if help is needed. The facility is always clean as well as all the equipment!! I have recommend this gym to my family and friends!!! So if your looking to join a gym in the near future I would highly recommend Everybody's Fitness center!!!!!!!!!
I have been going to EFC in Sturbridge for the past 6 months. The staff is personable, knowledgeable and encouraging.nThe atmosphere is clean, pleasant, friendly and non judgmental. I am not the oldest or youngest member but I'm accepted by all. I look forward to working out each day.nI plan on continuing on my quest for a healthier, stronger body.
