I had an insurance issue and the receptionist Sam was very helpful. They're always kind here and I love Dr. Samofalov. I had to reschedule my daughter's appointment and when I called a week later with her updated information Sam knew who I was just from me and my daughter's name. I had to leave a review right after that because just the idea that she helped me, remembered me, and we quickly resolved the issue- I was shocked and impressed. Great patient service and fantastic doctors!

I liked it when I was Dr Yelena .. the others don't work and the secretary the (Rubia ) always So rude..

Been taking my daughter there since birth. She’s 18 months now and I am happy with the service. Have called a few times and the nurses always call back and told me what to do if go in or to the ER

They Never answer the phone and even if you leave a message they never get back to you , and the worst part is that getting an appointment is merely impossible

Wonderful doctor .. ok staff but very long waits like hours and to schedule it’s impossible I can’t even think of rescheduling because then I have to wait 2more months... I tried scheduling routine check ups for my kids but they said they can’t schedule me until next year and I called last month and I said ok I’ll still schedule it anyways they said I can’t because next year they have a new scheduling system and thats it very unprofessional. Leaves me no choice but to start looking for another doctor.
