They were very accommodating and friendly. The service provider was on time and extremely patient. We felt that he was looking out for our best interest. I would highly recommend this company.

Two guys showed up early, without calling first; in a personal car; with no ID representing they worked for Milford Exterminating. They said they were going to lave materials, but did not. Said they had to go back to the office before offering any thoughts/estimate. Received phone call from the owner, no estimate, but simply a message saying they are not able to do anything until NEXT FALL. Really. Then why even bother sending anyone out to do an estimate at all. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing, as I always try to support local businesses first.
