Working with Colleen Crowley on the purchase of my first house was a great experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. Any time I had a question, she was quick to respond. She had great recommendations for lenders, attorneys and home inspectors. I trusted Colleen, so that meant I had confidence in anyone she recommended. Since I purchased my home, I've referred friends and family to Colleen, and they've all had great experiences as well. Working with Samantha Martinez and the Lamacchia team was a great experience. Samantha was recommended to us from a close friend and really lived up to the hype. From day one Samantha was great at explaining step by step the process of selling our house and always kept us in the loop with any updates. We were able to sell our house quickly and were more than pleased with the purchase price. Samantha and her team also had great recommendations for all other aspects of the sale such as lawyers, etc. We would highly recommend anyone selling or buying a house to contact Samantha and her team and I can assure you that you will get the same attention to detail and professionalism that we received.
