I was looking for an apartment in Boston from Los Angeles and Placido helped me find something that was exactly within my requirements and close to Boston College. He was not afraid to work past the normal business hours to make sure that you had everything you needed as his client. His quick turnaround was also something notable, especially in an housing environment as aggressive as Boston. Even after the lease was signed, he still made sure I had everything I needed and still answers any questions I have today. When move-in day came, he ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible and even acted quickly to solve the minor issues that had arisen even though they were not his personal responsibility. It has been a pleasure to work with Placido and have him on my side to make the apartment hunt that much easier. Thanks to him, I am very happy with my apartment and the location.
