Horrible, run down, property manager extremely disrespectful, obnoxiously rude. Never been so disrespected by a rental agency in my life. Mice, roaches, bed bugs you name it take your money else where. They are ill managed and careless. Referred a friend to move in here and he was talked to like trash by Patricia the manager and decided not to continue the rental and backed out. You've been warned. Go else where whoever owns this property needs to do some better management on who they leave in charge I'm beyond disgusted.

Very poor services, and lack of maintenance...mice, cockroaches are all over...

Places like this is why there so many homeless veterans. Total conartists from the front desk,to head maintenance and wooh, watch out for that Pat Was she has no heat, SOCIOPATHIC all day! All the staff argue with her and she also argues with all tenants. She's in humane and needs to be replaced!!!! Out for the$$$$$ but does nothing to maintain it properly. It's an all around horror show, I personally know about 20 guys back homeless after dealing with them. No other rental agency or lanlord compares to their statistics of failure and homelessness! Horribly run!!!

Run down buildings but they do maintain inside ok. Over priced and office manager is extremely unreasonable, argumentative and highly disrespecrful! Doesnt like to let you speak when its ur turn to rebuttal just talks over you.Not good qualities for an office manager or anyone for that matter.I do have alot of respect for the fact they work with and house Vets and families. I myself am a recipient of this one kindness but it wasn't all roses getting in. The V.A. worked along side and the WHA (Worcester housing authority) they were incredible!!! I'm forever grateful for muy 4 walls I get to decorate and appreciate! I guess everything has its prods and cons being an adult u have to weight out which is worth having and/or putting up with. The Secretary in the office is an amazing woman and deserves some recognition.
