We asked Kim Rickman to keep an eye out for us for a commercial building to move our businesses into. She complied a list of currently available properties and properties that would be coming on the market at the beginning of the year. After reviewing our requirements with her, she narrowed down the options to one building located in Hudson, MA that was coming up for sale the beginning of the year. The only problem was that the current tenant had the right of first refusal.nnWorking with Kim, we drafted a Letter of Intent to purchase the property and she submitted it to the seller’s agent at the appropriate time. Purchasing a commercial building that is currently occupied is complicated. First, the current business had to move out. Next, came bank appraisals, a property condition report, site plans, environmental analysis, zoning board meetings, Title V, etc. Kim kept us posted and informed each step along the way. She was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She referred us to a commercial lawyer and a banker. She was in effect, one-stop shopping. She helped take the guess work out of buying a commercial building.nnWe highly recommend Kimberly Rickman, Realtor, for all your commercial and residential real estate needs.

Kimberly and her entire team are very trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and available 24/7. It's obvious to tell the client is first priority! Kimberly has many years of experience in real estate and there is nothing she doesn't have the right answer for. From new construction to fixer uppers - she does it all!
