They were phenomenal from the second I got there, to the second I got back. They were kind, and helpful. Traveling alone with kids is hard, it helped make things a little bit easier. I didnt have to wait at all, when arriving back to the airport. Was so surprised by how easy it was. Will definitely take this approach everytime!
We used Pre-Flight for the first time last week. As soon as we arrived at the parking lot the driver was at our spot within a minute. When we landed I made a call and we walked outside to the curb for pickup and the van was there. Amazing service. We will always use this service. Very convenient and well priced.
Great place to park. Nice and secure fenced in, secured entry. Reasonable rates and they don't take your keys unlike other places in the area.
Not too expensive place for a long parking time in Boston.
I came to Boston airport in covid time to try to take the safest flight. I felt airport and my airline took all precautions. But Pre flight absolutely did not. When I arrived back I called preflight and they picked up with almost full bus. No spare seats for safety but than it gets worst, every seat is taken and driver continues to pick ip more. So full bus and now he has people standing on bus like sardines. I felt so unsafe. I couldn't even get off because there was no room to get bye. Shameful and so disappointing that lives are at risk and your company did nothing to protect any of us. I will never use preflight again
