Had great experience with service . Eddie went over and above. We had a non working box replaced, and he also found we had internet issues , which he stayed to help with our router and also fixed some wiring issues .nCouldn’t have had a better experience or met nicer guy! This company offers about half the download speed of verizon and xfinity for double the price. They monopolize the town of Shrewsbury and force residents to use their terrible service. Complete rip off
Their fibre optic offering is outstanding. I'm on a basic 100 Mbps up/100 mbps down plan. Photos/Videos/Media upload is blazing fast now.nnSince I got their internet/electricity, I've had uninterrupted service and haven't had the need to contact the CS.

Why are people giving this less than 4 stars? It’s a cable, internet and electricity service. I personally think the customer service is outstanding.nnMost of these poor reviews are most likely people that don’t pay their bills.
