The people here are UNBELIEVABLY RUDE! Next time I have an issue with a disgusting falling apart house, ill just go straight to court instead of going through all of this. If you get someone named Julie Vanarsdale or Miccah, you might as well give up on all hope right then and there. Absolutely HORRIBLE workers who don’t know how to do their jobs. Very disappointed in this company. You’re supposed to be helping people, especially when their pregnant and they only spread more anxiety about everything.

You guys are nothing but a bunch of trash who work here. Horrible heartless people who shouldn’t be around

They do not care about health or sanitation. They only care about money.nHow many times do I have to have my recycling not collected before I decided to just throw it all in the trash (which is required in their own brand of trash bag)?nWe all think recycling is beneficial. Why not hold the town or recycling company accountable for the degradation of our community?

Mostly responding to “Local Guide” Paul H. who clearly has some fundamental misunderstanding about local government.nnFirst and foremost, the post is about trash collection - which is managed by the Department of Public Works, not the Health Department.nnThat said, and while we’re on the subject, the town is not responsible for your failure to follow the pretty straightforward rules regarding recycling. Don’t follow the guidelines? Your recycling stays on the curb. If you are following the guidelines and your recycling isn’t picked up, that’s the fault of the company - not the town.nnIf you want to throw it away, just throw it away. The bag purchases, while annoying, are a cost-saving measure in the long run. The people with the most trash will necessarily bear the highest cost in bag purchases - Northboro does the same. Putting aside the fact that the bags are pretty inexpensive, the alternative to the bag-purchase-program would be to raise your local taxes to cover the increased cost of waste management and recycling. Faced with my taxes going up or buying special trash bags for collection, I’d take the bags just about any day.nnLastly the next time you want to vent your misdirected anger on the internet, maybe you could do so with a bit less hyperbole. Your argument loses some force when you imply that the trash and recycling collection program is contributing to the degradation of our community. You sound ridiculous.
