We were very impressed with James service. He came on time, figured out quickly why our dryer wasn't working, and repaired it right away at a reasonable price. We recommend him highly and will certainly use him again if one of our other appliances needs repairs.
Called on a Tuesday for a broken washing machine. Explained what was wrong, he diagnosed over the phone and had fixed by Friday. Appt. was @ 10:30 and he was there at 10:30. Pricing was more than fair. Very professional and easy to speak with. A+++++++++++++ all the way!!!

I got an appointment the following day after calling, and was able to get some possible causes for my dryer issues just during the initial phone call. Many companies charge a diagnostic fee before they tell you anything. Showed up within the time frame he gave me on the phone, and my dryer was fixed and squeal-free in 30 minutes! Recommended highly! Thank you!
