TL;DR: I'm glad these men have a club house. I'm not sure it's a good business.nnOver the last two years I've been to this gas station 4 times. On each occasion I have been either upset with or disappointed in how they they treat their customers. One instance in memory is that has loud verbal altercation with a lady customer over whether or not a Visa gift card was a valid form of tender. Another time iv was there to get my car inspected with my son and the gentleman at the counter raised his voice top my son because he did not like that a 4 year old doesn't want to sit on a chair.

I will never go to this bp again the service sucks and they treat the women like dogs. I had to wait 20 min for someone to even help me and taking a smoke break is way more important. I know so many people who will never go here again either. You just lost tons of customers.

Today was the second time I have used Xpress Stop to repair something on my vehicle. Both times I was extremely satisfied! Sam worked on my car the first time. Again- was quick, helpful, very reasonably priced. Obviously I was so pleased I came back a second time. Friends that I spoke to (they live in Boston area) said go to Sears- or Wal-Mart.. I said no! Sam's got this.. Then, This second visit/emergency Sam was still there but was busy with a lady that came in/walked in last minute to get her sticker done. Meanwhile I met a co-worker/employee named James. Which he was just as helpful, honest and suggestive as Sam! Overall I'd say this is definetly the business to go to for any and all car repairs! (As well as cheap full service gas- don't even have to get out of your car to fuel up).. No one asked me to write this BTW. I know he's a smaller, family business and I give credit where it's due. Sam if you ever read this- ill be back soon!
