I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years. The whole team is fantastic, responsive, and diligent. I never felt the need to leave a review until seeing someone foolishly ding Saratoga with 1 star for the policies of an insurance company (brokers don’t make coverage decisions).nnCan’t recommend Saratoga enough.

Excellent customer service by an agent name Stephanie she promptly response calls as well as gets policies done ASAP.nAgent also called to to follow up on other questions I had besides car Insurance, also I explained agent I work all day she made sure I had the policy done without having to go back to her office . words cannot express how satisfied I am with her customer service, She had made my life so much easier.

Loyal 10 year customer, zero claims, zero late payments on homeowners insurance. Dropped like a hot potato because of a phantom recommendation to replace an 11 year old roof. Roof has at least another 15 in it. Very unclassy and unprofessional in the manner it was done. Worst part is it was recommended by family. I will bring my business elsewhere and will suggest the same to family and friends.
