Best doctor Ive ever had. Will never find another like her now that she's moved away

I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with the attitude of this doctor. She always kept patient waiting even though they called me inside and her assistant checked me, she always come 15-20 minutes after that to see the patient. I went for my physical appointment and she charged me twice for the same visit one for physical and another for a regular visit even though we didn’t discuss anything about any other issues. She even didn’t tell me to make another appointment or anything. But charged twice for one physical appointment. They even send the bill after one and half year of the physical appointment. I was completely surprised to see the bill. She can’t charge me twice for one well visit. She is all about doing business in the name of patient care. Such a ruthless person! I talked to UMASS about it but they didn’t take any action regarding this issue. I would recommend to avoid this kind of doctor.

Excellent care and extremely accommodating with appointments when needed. Dr. Chakrabarti is attentive and will do anything possible to ensure patients stay healthy and strive towards a healthy lifestyle.
