I was very disappointed with the level of service with Dr Eisenberg. I do believe he is rude and disrespect the patient. He did not explain in detail as to what is happening with my eye. Dr Eisenberg is not friendly either when asking him a question or trying to let him know the situation of your health. This is my first time and also my last time to see him. Dr Eisenberg needs to understand that without the patient, he would not have a business.

The receptionist in that place are a reflection of both doctors who work in that office, & they’re a poor reflection of Dr.Eisenburg. Not all, but most will speak to you in a very rude manner and are quick to dismiss you.

NEGATIVE 100 STARS FOR HIM. Worst eye DR, he doesn’t care about you or your vision or the health of your eyes. Very rude. My mom almost TOTALLY LOST HER VISION because of him. She switched to Dr. Cotter in Revere and she is NO LONGER LOSING HER VISION due to macular degeneration which he saw...but did absolutely nothing to help with. THANK GOD FOR DR COTTER, SHES THE BEST BEST BEST!!

The Dr is ok but the people working the desk are the rudest I've ever met I definitely won't be coming back here EVER AGAIN
