I was there today. 4/6/21. With my son. Beleive she was the manager today. Unknown. I havent had oppertunity to formally introduce myself to her. So unknown of her name. But she has beautiful black curly hair. Glasses. Unknown nationality. But no biggie. Very very nice lady. Very respectful. And absolutely beautiful.very very beautiful woman. I must day. Very respectful.

Front desk receptionist Danielle has a horrible attitude and brings clients into the back room and makes them wait for over a half hour.my husband bright my daughter in and didn't have her insurance information and instead of helping him she demanded for the papers to be filled out SO UNPROFESSIONAL.....my daughter's apt was at 11:15 yet it's 12:55 and I'm still waiting for the dentist!!!!! Not sure if I will be coming back and if I do it's only because the hygienist and Denise were so accommodating.

I'm an epileptic and it's hard to find a dentist willing to take the challenge. Dr. Yu had no problem with it. My first vist I was treated like a queen. I was put at ease by all the staff. Dr. Yu came in and looked at what was left of my broken teeth. My fisrt surgery was on the uppers. He talked to me all through the process. 3 weeks later he did the lowers. Had a bit of a panic attack but he talked me right down. 3 weeks later I went for my 1st impressions there was a place in my upper gums bothering me. A piece of bone was pushing through. A week later it was removed. Now the impressions. Covid shut us down for 3 months but Cortland called me and reassured me we would get my teeth done. They all know me by name laugh and joke with me about my very southern accent. Today I got my dentures. Dr had me wear them 30 minutes he saw a place that was going to give me trouble and fixed it. I am so very pleased with my teeth. They look natural and feel great. If you ever need a group of dentist call Cortland Dental THEY ARE THE VERY VERY BEST!!! Nat OBerry

If you go in their make sure you request for Natalie she is a super sweet hygienist that really tries to get to know you, and works very hard on making sure your teeth are perfect!

I was their today with my 3 kids and the staff were friendly and amazing a special Nataly she was soooo professional and know how to deal with kids she made are day so easy thank you so much
