My service visit to Honda Cars of Boston today was very good. I'm always treated with respect and wouldn't want to have any other people working on my cars. I have 2 Hondas and trust the experience of all the people that I deal with there. Wouldn't go anywhere else for service!

I Was there 2 or 3 weeks ago to get oil change done.nSince i arrived i saw 4 or 5 people to sing you innWell it took time for someone to get to me when there wasn't alot of people.nWhen my time came i ask how long would it benHe said i will bring it right away 1 hour and half went by i walk to main entrance i saw a car just like my but wasn't able to see plates to verify.nI go close to the guy he is on the phone(personal call)he sees me he ignores me.nI go to the bathroom do my business then i got to take a sit on waiting room after 15 to 20 min i go to try to see if thats my car ands that's my plate i got to the guy he sees me coming then hands his call and grabs the paper that is next to him and says as soon as i reach his computer they just finish your car this minute i say to him that my car has being there for almost 30 min he repeats exactly what he told me earlier.nWont go againg is twice as expensive as the corner shop and 2 hoits for an oil change its just and o I'll l change not replacing the whole engine.nSo if you go make sure you have alot of time on your plate
