Paul was extremely helpful when I ordered a gas fireplace. Installation was quick and very efficiently done and the August West team were on the ball. Excellent company to deal with.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for sometime. Last November I had an issue with my Lennox pellet stove. Although I did not purchase this unit from August West. They took the time to take a look at it, troubleshoot it, and eventually fix the problem. Their technicians Evan and Joe were very professional and curteous and took the time to fix it. I would highly recommend August West to anyone needing pellet stove repair.
