Working with Catherine was a pleasure. Through the entire home buying process Cat communicated well and kept us updated. We never had to wonder what came next. She really took the time to understand our specific needs and found us the prefect home. Cat went above and beyond the whole way. We were very at ease from beginning to end...from house hunting to showings during a sensitive time (covid) and finally signing for our new home. Her professionalism and friendly personality really helped alleviate the stress of buying a home. I bought my first property in the US with Cat. Being new to the country I didn't know anything about the buying process or anything about the different towns in MA. Cat delivered a fantastic, top quality and professional service the entire time from initial discovery of homes to the final closing. She was attentive and patient with my many requests and despite a bumpy process through no fault of her own made the whole experience so smooth, I would highly recommend for either selling or buying your next property.

I have had the opportunity to see cat’s passion of real estate transform into a career. Her drive to help her clients find a their dream home is truly genuine and sincere. She tells me all the time that, “my work for my client doesn’t stop when I finish making them a sale or purchase.” This is clearly evident as I have experienced her stopping by her clients house during move in day to bring them a cooler full of drinks and pizza, or help them find that trustworthy contractor that she has networked with, or helping them take the perfect “sold” photo. In getting to know some of her previous clients, some of the words they use to describe cat are reliable, trustworthy, easy to get a hold of, always available to answer questions. There is much more that goes into her work though, that is not seen but I can tell you that I see the backend of her work on a daily basis. I see the very late night MLS searches, the numerous phone calls to research house comps, the many days of net working with top business partners in the area just to name a few. If you are looking for a knowledgable, passionate, and dedicated realtor to buy or sell your home, you are missing out if you don’t at least reach out and have a conversation with Cat.
