We worked with Donahue Real Estate Co. for both the buying of our first home (over 10 years ago!) and our recent sale. My partner and I felt relieved and reassured with the responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and flexibility they provided for our real estate search. Highly, highly recommend! We so appreciate the consideration of our needs/wants in our search.

I chose a different real estate agency because of some unprofessional behavior on social media that I witnessed from a couple of Donahue realtors. There are some great ones there who I would have loved to have worked with but the behavior of some made it not possible for me to do so.

My small business was hired by Donahue Real Estate CO. This weekend for their annual company holiday party. The owners of this company are the nicest, most genuine people. Their employees were so welcoming and amazing to work with. If they treat the “hired help” this well I can only imagine how they are with their clients. Marry Ellen McDonough is my agent for selling my house, Denise is her co-worker or partner. They are so wonderful team! It is unbelievable that they sold my house in 2 weeks after my previous agent was stucked more than 1 year! The previous agent always gave me negative message, when I switched to Marry, she and Denise made me more confident about my beautiful house! They promised me to sell the house before end of the year, they got it! Sold it in 2 weeks!nDuring the time I worked with them, my questions was always answered by one of the great team! My issue was always solved by one of the wonderful team! They work together seamlessly, never skip any request from me.....finally, on the closing day, the buyer said there are some pieces of unwanted items in the yard, Denise even put one of them in her car and helped me cleaning out the items in 2 hours since we receiving the message from the buyer's agent.....they really helped me a lot, I appreciate their great job and their kindness.....
