It has now been a few months since the previous management (Greystar) has left and been replaced by this new management, and I can confidently say that there is a starch difference in the service that we have been receiving (and not in a good way). I sent the management an email about three weeks ago now inquiring about an error to my lease, and it has since been left ignored. This management is not friendly nor welcoming and the treatment is poor, as they make no effort to greet you both as you pass them outside and as you walk into the office. They have made matters rather difficult for residents like myself, which is not okay considering the amount of money we pay monthly. Needs urgent improvement.

First this place is no longer ran by Grey Star realty. It’s ran by some place I don’t know because when this company took over we as a community we’re not informed or even introduced. It took10+days. It’s rather frustrating. The way this place is being ransacks. An the new people’s customer service is well it’s none exciting. Anyways enjoy your apartment swap

The new customer service is absolutely terrible. You will walk into the office and not even get a simple hello, and YOU will be the one to say it as a customer. Everything is terrible, the communication, the service, etc. The people treat you as if it’s a shelter and you’re not paying rent monthly. It could use a lot of work.

I actually miss this place. But now I'm back to college. Best place you could possibly live in the area. I wished they had other sister apartments in my area under regency. Staff there is helpful and are very caring. The maintance team was awesome to talk to about problems about the unit or just sports in general. During winter they really do their best to keep the place cleaned up to drive out. I would get a garage as parking does fill out here VERY quickly. Best choice I made while living there. If I ever move back to Wilmington, this is the place I'll moving into again

Very pet friendly! Lots of dogs and kids at this complex - super family friendly.nnMaintenance is decent at getting things fixed and the office staff is very nice.nnParking is a bit of an issue at times, but that's the only problem.
