Glenn was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He put our minds at ease by answering all of our questions and explaining relevant tax information. Where do I even begin. Dropped off my personal/business taxes to be completed mid February to a incompetent secretary. Clearly didn’t hear anything I said to her because after I left called me and asked questions I already answered. Still didn’t listen and sent my business returns to a personal tax CPA. Impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office with questions. They DON’T do email for correspondence. Followed up multiple times and finally received a call from Jeff who said my paperwork was sitting on the wrong desk and he will need to file an extension now. The level of disorganization and poor communication is very disturbing and concerning. I even asked to speak to Glen himself but clearly way too busy and important to return my call. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go somewhere else.
