My mother has been visiting this doctor's office briefly and has been treated horribly. She has never met with the actual doctor and instead has had to deal with her medical assistants who do not take her seriously. Think she is medically fine. Which she is not. They even prescribed my mother medication she is allergic to, even after my mother advised them of her allergy. This doctor's office is the worst one out there. I have never seen such despicable behavior in all my life. I can only assume that they do not care for their patients, that they are only a number and a paycheck for them. They do not deserve their medical license.

Girl at the front desk was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. The other staff member I interacted with was the same. No smiles, no talking, this made me very uncomfortable, like I was a bother. I attempted to talk but no responses were given. I was in pain and worried, a little friendliness from the people I went to seaking help from could've went a long way. I did get taken back quickly, however.

I get care from this clinic and they are top notch. Lori Lipinski, DNP and Dr. Jessup both listen to concerns and questions, then work to get you well.
