I had a really terrible experience here. I called in to get a strep diagnosis to see if I could go back to work the next day. They were able to offer me a same day appointment, which was nice. However, when I got there, I waited for about 15 minutes in the lobby, then about 45 minutes in the exam room. Once I saw the doctor, he looked in my throat and told me I may or may not have strep throat, that they did not do strep tests, and that I should just go with how I feel about returning to work. I went in for a diagnosis, not to be told to go with how I felt! Dr. Abbas seemed very aloof during the exam and I had to draw answers out of him. I tried to salvage the visit by asking about some other throat questions I had but didn't get anywhere with that either. I complained about the service but was still charged $117 for the visit, even when I followed up with the site manager. I would definitely not recommend this practice.
