Baptist east has the best staff! The doctors and nurses are compassionate and caring. They took excellent care of me and didn't have me feeling like a big baby after surgery when I was sick from the anesthesia. Very nice people! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Baptist East for giving me the best care I've ever had.

Overall everyone was very kind at Louisville Family ENT. This was my first experience at this practice. Prior to my visit I did my own homework and had some friends tell me that Dr. Murphy was wonderful. His reputation had already preceded him. He was polite, straight to the point, and I have all trust in him. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family and friends. And, I already have friends who will back me up on this recommendation; that should speak volumes, especially when they have worked with him.nI would also like to recognize Agatha and I believe Tarena (sorry I could be wrong) and Quinn, for responding to my needs. Means a lot when one is needing answers for an upcoming procedure. What a great support system!

Dr Secor and his staff are the kindest most caring medical group I’ve seen in a long time. I had a question of concern and talked to one of his staff Agatha and she was awesome. So willing to help and got an answer for me during a very busy day. She is definitely an asset to his office. Dr Secor is the best. He is very thorough and professional. His attention to detail is unsurpassed and his surgical skills are the best. Highly recommend!

I needed to schedule( and reschedule) for my husband. I talked to Agatha( great name!!) and Tarena. They were the nicest I ever had to deal with for any type scheduling. Most places have the worst office staff! You know what I mean!! so professional and personable. They are the first voice you hear when you schedule surgeries. Great asset to company!!

I had a wonderful experience at my appointment. I got in quickly, the wait was not long, and Dr. Secor was very thorough. He didn’t act like he was afraid to interact with me and was very personable. My youngest two boys saw Dr. Chmiel when they were toddlers. The office staff is still very sweet and welcoming. Thank you for your continued dedication to the people!
